Campers who are bringing medications with them to camp must have them noted on their registration.  If your child is bringing an inhaler or epi-pen, please complete and turn in the appropriate form to Summer Program Office Staff by the Wednesday before your child's first day of camp. 

These forms MUST be stamped by your child's physician in order for them to attend camp. This is in accordance with State of Maryland summer camp regulations.  Campers will not be permitted to camp if this is not followed.  You may use a form that has been signed/stamped within 1 year. 

If your son or daughter requires medicine other than an Epi-Pen/Inhaler, parents must administer these before camp.
